If you're not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at [support@edithsgarden.com] and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return or refund
Email [support@edithsgarden.com] with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply with the next steps. Please do not send products back before contacting us; returns sent without prior arrangement may not be processed.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Food-safety note
Because our teas are consumable food products, we're unable to accept returns of opened pouches for hygiene and safety reasons — but our 30-day guarantee still applies, so reach out and we'll take care of you.
